As the Director of Customer Success you will be responsible for managing our CS team. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will help to scale and refine our current CS program. We are seeking an individual leader who will have a strong CS, account management or recruiting background and a proven track record of successfully managing a high performing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, manage and coach the CS team out of our Denver office.
Responsible for the team achieving aggressive candidate fulfillment goals on our GIGS platform.
Develop and oversee processes, and recruiting practices to improve GIGS fulfillment.
In partnership with CRO, develop and roll out CS goals and incentive plans.
Create KPI dashboards and visual management on CS performance ensuring accountability.
Work with Marketing team to identify creative ways to source new candidates across the country.
Support national expansion efforts to ensure revenue goals are hit in each new market.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years experience in Customer Success, account management or recruiting.
At least 3 years experience managing a team.
Proven experience in building sales program and processes that support rapid growth.
