As our Candidate Success Associate, you will report to our Client Success Manager and be responsible for screening all candidates as they create initial profiles on our Vangst GIGs platform, approving qualified candidates, and walking them through the remaining steps for profile completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Screen all candidates who create an initial profile on GIGS via video.
Approve candidates and walk them through the remaining steps for profile completion.
Ensure approved candidates complete all paperwork and orientation online.
Support candidates throughout the process to ensure their process is seamless.
Monitor candidate matches on the platform and assist when needed to ensure all GIGS are filled with approved candidates.
Actively recruit GIGS candidates to build a healthy pipeline of candidates.
Work with CS, Director of Expansion and Marketing to creatively source new GIGS candidates via in-person activations (career fairs, pop-ups, etc).
Work with the Product team to help build future functionality of the platform.
