As the Director of Sales you will be responsible for managing our sales team. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will help to scale and refine our current sales program. We are seeking an individual leader who will have a strong sales background and a proven track record of successfully managing a high performing sales team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, manage and coach the sales team out of our Denver office.
Responsible for the team achieving aggressive revenue and growth goals.
Develop and oversee processes, scripts, and incentives to improve conversions.
In partnership with VP of Growth, develop and roll out sales goals and incentive plans.
Create KPI dashboards and visual management on sales performance ensuring accountability.
Work with Marketing, Customer Success and Account Management teams to identify creative ways to source new clients across the country.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years experience in sales.
At least 3 years experience managing a sales team.
Proven experience in building sales program and processes that support rapid growth.

Dedication to providing an exceptional client experience.
Ability to be extremely personable while having a high-degree of attentiveness to detail.
Knowledge and experience with Salesforce is a plus.
